- Green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis)
- Hibiscus flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa)
Set your intentions. Boil 8-12 oz of water, and let cool to 180° F. Pover 1 -2 tsp. of tea and steep for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
