Bring a yoga mat and pillows for comfort to lie down on or a meditation pillow. We have chairs if you prefer to sit. Just close your eyes and relax. This is a great opportunity to practice deep meditative breathing as you feel the vibrations of the different tones of the seven bowls working on different areas of your body.
