The Lost Arts Series: Making Kombucha
We will be learning and making Kombucha, a fermented probiotic beverage. You will learn the history and uses, and you will get the opportunity to taste the different stages of fermentation. Everyone will leave with a pint of mature kombucha scoby and instructions on how to care for it.

About the event
Kombucha is a fermented tea rich in probiotics, antioxidants, and organic acids that support gut health, boost the immune system, and reduce inflammation.
You will learn how to make kombucha.
You will get to try kombucha at different stages of fermentation to see which you like best for making your own.
You will leave with a pint of scoby.
You will leave with instructions to keep kombucha on going (feeding).
Tickets are $25. Bring a journal for extra notes.
