Sunday Morning Yoga

Bring your mat and join us Sunday mornings for Yoga class at 8 AM! Taught by Zonie with Sacred Spirit Herbals, these classes will be focused on a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles to encourage healthy flow mentally and physically. We also incorporate light meditation into each class.

What you might want to bring:

• Mat

• Towel

• Blocks (2)

• Strap

If you have any movement restrictions or ailments, the instructor will provide modifications for poses. If you have any questions or concerns, please message us or come early to class; we'd love to chat with you!

The tickets for this class are $8. If we receive enough interest to continue, we will offer a discounted monthly rate!

Tickets are required prior to the start of this class in order to prepare and book the space. Registration for each class will be closed 2 hours before the class. Any cancellations will be posted on our social media pages.
