Does your child love exploring nature, creating magical crafts, and learning about plants? The Sacred Saplings Kids Herbal Club is a monthly adventure designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and connection with the natural world!

What to Expect: Each month, kids ages 3 and up will:🌸 Create fun projects like potions, herbal remedies, body care items, and more.🌟

Meet the Sacred Saplings Crew—our fun mascots who will teach life lessons from nature, like resilience, teamwork, and self-care.🍃 Engage in hands-on activities while exploring the magic and wisdom of plants.

🌞 Sacred Saplings – June Class: Sun Herbs & Summer Magic

Let’s celebrate sunshine, herbal wisdom, and summertime self-care—together!

In this Sacred Saplings class, we’ll explore how the summer sun helps plants (and people!) grow strong—and how to stay cool, hydrated, and protected while enjoying its warmth. Through hands-on activities, gentle yoga, and engaging stories with our plant and insect mascots, children will connect with the rhythms of the season in a safe, creative, and empowering way.

Children will:

• Learn how sunlight fuels plants through photosynthesis

• Discover cooling herbs like peppermint, lemon balm, rose, and hibiscus

• Make their own herbal cooling mist spray to use on hot days

• Brew a delicious sun tea with hydrating, vitamin-rich herbs

• Practice gentle yoga poses and breathwork for calming summer energy

• Receive themed affirmation cards to take home and reflect on

This class encourages mindful connection with nature, builds early herbal knowledge, and helps kids develop lifelong tools for self-awareness and well-being.

Perfect for ages 5–10. Register before June 27 at 10 PM to secure your spot. Tickets will automatically close at this time to ensure we have enough time to prepare.

All materials provided. Come dressed for movement and creativity!
