Whether you are beginning a spiritual journey, looking for tools to support your own well-being, or feeling called to help others, Reiki Level I provides the foundation for a lifelong healing practice.

Join Michelle Crawford, Reiki Master Teacher, for a heart-centered, hands-on certification experience designed to help you reconnect with your natural intuitive gifts.

This training places a strong emphasis on developing your intuition. Learning to trust what you sense, feel, and perceive is just as important as learning the techniques themselves.

Throughout the day, you'll experience guided discussion, demonstrations, partner practice, and personal exploration in a supportive, small-group environment where questions are encouraged and every student receives individualized attention.

In this class you will:

• Discover the history and philosophy of Reiki

• Learn how Reiki supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being

• Explore the subtle energy body and the chakra system

• Receive your Reiki Level I attunement, opening you to the Reiki energy

• Learn traditional hand positions for self-healing and working with others

• Practice Japanese Reiki techniques

• Develop your intuitive awareness through guided exercises and partner validation

• Build confidence in sensing and working with energy safely and effectively

This class is designed for complete beginners as well as those who have always felt drawn to energy work but weren't sure where to begin. No previous experience is necessary, only an open mind and a willingness to learn.

By the end of the training, you'll leave with the knowledge, confidence, and certification to begin practicing Reiki on yourself, family, friends, and pets while continuing to deepen your own healing journey.
