Join us for a transformative journey into the world of Reiki with our Reiki 1 Training and Attunement class. This foundational course is designed for those who are new to Reiki and are interested in learning the basics of this ancient healing art. During this one-day class, you will explore the history and principles of Reiki, understand the energy system of the body, and learn how to channel Reiki energy to yourself and others.
The course includes a combination of theoretical instruction and practical hands-on experience. You will learn the basic hand positions for self-healing and for giving Reiki to others, along with techniques to enhance your intuition and connection to the universal life force energy.
