Moving meditation is a way of bringing together movement and the focused mind. It's a type of meditation that's different from the traditional form, where you might sit quietly and remain still. In moving meditation, your body is active, but your mind is calm and centered.

About the event
Movement Meditations can help quite the mind chatter more quickly. We will focus on "dance" movement. Movement Meditations merges movement, sound and story through guided dance meditations. The dances are 30 minutes in length and themed.
We invite you to join us on our journey of guided dance, music and imagination. We move for healing, embodiment, and liberation of self. We move to remember who we are.
Each person can choose level of active movement; sit down and focus on the dance movement of breath and heartbeat or find feel good intentional movements. This class is so fun and feels amazing!
You will need to bring a yoga mat. No charge for class but accepting love donations.
