In this guided class, we’ll walk through the simple and rewarding process of planting, nurturing, and harvesting microgreens, tiny greens or sprouts packed with vibrant flavor and powerful nutrition. Whether you’re new to growing or looking to deepen your connection to your food, this class is designed to be approachable, practical, and inspiring.

You’ll learn:

The basics of microgreen growing (no garden required)

  • How to plant and care for your greens

  • When and how to harvest for peak flavor and nutrition

  • Easy ways to incorporate microgreens into everyday meals
