Experience a beautifully unique, empowering dance class where the moves are simple, the music is energizing, and no experience is necessary. Groove integrates the joys of movement and meditation—nurturing body, mind, and spirit.

Whether you're on your feet or in a chair, these sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. In this space, everyone belongs.

We begin with a gentle Arrival, stepping out of the busy world and into the present moment. From there, we warm up slowly, rise into energizing cardio, then gradually cool down into a few moments of stillness—before a refreshing wake-up to close.

Throughout the class, we alternate between connecting with the group and returning within. You'll be guided through easy-to-follow movements while also encouraged to explore your own creativity… where the magic happens.

Groove is more than dance. It’s a celebration of authenticity, a nurturing of creativity, and a uniting of hearts. Together, we’ll journey through diverse musical styles and genres, discovering joy, connection, and healing along the way.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Water or other beverage

• Comfortable clothing – anything you can move freely in; Choose layers you can add or remove

• Comfy shoes, NON-slip socks or bare feet

• Yoga Mat, blanket, or towel for stillness

• A chair –movements can be modified for seated flow
