Meditative Art is applying a meditative state of mind while expressing creativity. It’s a simple, reflective creative practice that anyone can do. Each person will leave relaxed, with a new sense of their creative expression, and with a one-of-kind piece of artwork.

About the event
Meditative Art is applying a meditative state of mind while expressing creativity. Meditative Art is less about drawing and more about slowing down and opening up to your inner creative and intuitive flow. It’s a simple, reflective creative practice that anyone can do!
Each class begins with a quick overview of the topic of the day and see examples for inspiration. Then, Michelle will walk the class through a guided relaxation meditation. Immediately after, we will use the provided colored pencils, crayons, and markers on drawing paper to create artwork. If you would rather use a different medium such as paint and canvas, please feel free to bring your own supplies.
