About the event
Bring a yoga mat and pillows for comfort to lie down on or a meditation pillow. Â We have chairs if you prefer to sit. Â You can close your eyes and relax. This is a great opportunity to practice deep meditative breathing as you feel the vibrations of the different tones of the seven bowls working on different areas of your body. The bowls are played continuous for 45 mins. Come early and get yourself a Calm the Elf Down Tea!
