About the event
Class 1: Safe & Healthy Labor (i.e. use of essential oils, massage, yoga, warning signs of complications, and birth plans.
Class 2: Labor pain management: Birthing positions, power of choice during labor and delivery, alternatives to epidural, breathing method (lamaze), acupressure, supportive partner participation.
Class 3: Breastfeeding Basics: Preparing the body for breastfeeding, benefits of it, supplementing formula, breastfeeeding position, and pumping.
