8 Week Energy Anatomy 101 Course

Join us via zoom or in-person for for this in-depth overview of your energetic body, focusing on each of the 7 main energy centers (chakras). Each week we will discuss signs of imbalance within these centers and many natural tools to restore balance. This class is very informative and an interactive discussion that promotes self-healing. Each week we will discuss foods and herbs, colors, crystals and minerals, essential oils, sound, and even yoga poses that bring healing and balance to this area of the body and end with a guided healing meditation.
